Swingbelly’s has been serving up its signature Belly Buster Burger since opening in 1983. Known for its friendly, laid-back vibe, this family-owned Michigan City staple has built a loyal following across the region thanks to its hearty comfort food and welcoming atmosphere.

Sera Group generated multiple user guides, instructional videos, and flow charts with tailored walkthroughs for the Swingbelly’s team to ensure they were proper trained when utilizing the integrated builder on the new website.

Google Ads Strategy

Studies have shown the effectiveness of how online advertising can benefit your business. Swingbelly’s came to us looking to build their brand awareness and increase foot traffic. The ads increased their amount of business drastically due to the effectiveness of the campaign. From April-June 2022, Swingbelly’s saw a ~125% increase in conversions and a 28x return on ad spend due to us managing their Google Ads campaigns. In addition to an increase in calls, Swingbelly’s saw a strong increase in happy customers leaving the restaurant after having a good meal.
